Children's songbook

Children's Songbook is the first collection of Belarusian folk songs for children, compiled by the renowned folklorist Anton Hrynievich between 1905 and 1924. The book includes 33 songs with musical notation, ditties, lullabies, and nursery rhymes, which convey the soul of Belarusian tradition. This is not just a reprint, but a true cultural heritage in a new design: with colorful illustrations, explanations, Latin script, and English translations. The book also features an audio appendix, allowing you to listen and learn melodies together with your children.

The songbook includes 33 carefully selected pieces with melodies – songs, ditties, lullabies, and nursery rhymes. Additionally, the compiler included in the collection not only examples of folklore for children but also introduced ritual and non-ritual lyrical works, as well as dance pieces.

Today – almost a hundred years after its first publication – the collection has been given a second life.

This is a vibrant reprint in a new graphic design with colorful illustrations, explanations, texts in Belarusian, Latin script, and English.

In addition to the musical notation, there is also an audio appendix to listen to and learn the song melodies independently.
