"Selected Works" by Mikhas Kavyly (1915–2017), a Belarusian poet and emigrant to the United States, is the first publication of his creative heritage after a break of more than thirty years. A participant in the Belarusian literary process of the late 1920s and early 1930s, the author, like many of his friends, was repressed, served his term in the Far East, and after some time was able to return to the Fatherland, only to leave it again in 1944. Mikhas Kavyly's works: in poetry, prose, and memoirs - reflect the tortuous fate of the Belarusian intellectual of the 20th century. This book aims not only to return the work of the émigré poet to the national literary context, but also to revive the series "Heritage: Reviews", which the Association of Belarusians of the World "Fatherland" recently published in Belarus.
