In search of truth, or the anatomy of a lie

The book consists of two sections: the first, based on documents from the National Archives of Belarus, the military prosecutor's office, participants and witnesses of the tragic events in the territory of the Karelichi district during the war years of 1941-44, describes the activities and life of the so-called "First Belarusian Cavalry Partisan Brigade" and its commander Dz. Denisenko in particular. The second section is devoted to an attempt to honor the memory of the innocently killed, to restore the historical truth about the victims and their torturers. The book will be useful reading for everyone who yearns for the true history of our Fatherland.
