A new book of prose by Ales Arkush combines the fiction-documentary novel "Local Time" and a number of short stories written in different years. Fans of the domestic underground culture of the late 80s and early 90s of the 20th century will meet many famous figures of literature, music and art of that period in the novel - from Serzhuk Sokalov-Voyusch to Yuriy Gumenyuk, from Lyavon Volsky to Serzh Minskevich and many, many others.
