The author has been working as a psychologist with political prisoners and their families, including children, since 2021. The book presents children's memories collected during practice about the repressions that affected their families, as well as dreams, visions, and fairy tales that they wrote to survive the trauma. Their experiences are compared with the stories of women and children repressed during the Soviet era: a separate section contains the memories of witnesses about the ALGERIA women's camp. The author also gives recommendations on how and for what purpose to build communication with children on political topics.

If you want to learn about what is happening in Belarus today, read this book.
The author interviews children, whose stories will take you into a strange world, much scarier than an adult's. It would seem that everything in this world has yet to be created out of love, and a 7-10 year old child already knows something that even an adult heart cannot handle.
They tell you how some people in black laid my dad on the floor and beat him with a frying pan, how the boy waited for a long time for his mom to come back from prison, and when she returned, he yelled at her for days. He cried and screamed.
You won't read about this in the news on your computer. Children don't let us get used to war, to Lukashism. They find their own words for this.
These are fearless and honest witnesses.
This work was done with talent and with heart.
I want to read more….
