"The Last Generation" is a story about Minsk youth living an ordinary life in the realities of the post-2020 era.
The main character, Nikita, works in an advertising agency, surrounded by people with radically different views on life. He is in a nervous search for the "right" path, while someone, like his colleague, chooses the path of fighting for the truth, because he cannot just sit still and wait.

Makar's debut work is permeated with the apathy and disappointment that prevail today. However, at that moment when it seems that you are standing on the threshold of hopelessness, sparks of hope light up and you encounter small joys.
And then you realize that there is a good future ahead. It all depends on us.
