Grandma’s Towel: A Pattern Coloring Book for Adults

The Belarusian towel (rushnyk) is not only a symbol of memory and a protective talisman, but also a canvas for creativity. The book you are holding contains ten patterns embroidered with satin stitch from different corners of our country. Each of them is presented in color to show the living beauty of the tradition, and in black-and-white outline so that you yourself can become a creator. The black-and-white drawings can be used as a pattern for creating your own towel or simply as a coloring book for relaxation and inspiration. May these patterns open up to you the colorful universe of a Belarusian home, created by the diligent hands of our grandmothers; may they help you touch the rich heritage of Belarus and feel the joy of your own creativity.
