The Chronicles of Narnia: The Horse and His Boy

The Chronicles of Narnia is a golden classic of world literature, a story beloved by millions of children and adults around the world. C. S. Lewis, along with J. R. R. Tolkien (The Lord of the Rings trilogy), are considered the founders and best representatives of the fantasy genre. The book The Horse and His Boy is a story about adventures that happened in Narnia, Calormene, and the lands between them in the Golden Age, when King Peter reigned. The poor boy Shasta, the noblewoman Aravis, and two Talking Horses flee to Narnia from various misfortunes that befell each of them. However, it turns out that the fate of not only Narnia, but also the entire Archenland depends on these four.

The Horse and His Boy is the third book in the internal Narnian chronology and the fourth book in the Narnian cycle to be published in Belarusian. Previously, the Good Book series included The Chronicles of Narnia: The Magician's Nephew, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.
