Ribwort

RIBWORT is a place to sit with your pain and listen. You may think that it doesn't help. The pain will probably get worse and worse, but if you face it, if you make room for it. Eventually it will shrink to the size of a scratch that a rowan leaf can help heal. When we are healed, we become rowan leaves for others so that we can sit with their pain and listen. Listen with compassion and without fear, without defending or running away. It is what holds us together.
